If a tapestry is out of stock it can be ordered and woven for you, this can take 2-3 weeks before delivery. If you are concerned about delivery times, please email us before ordering to check delivery times on a specific tapestry.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout Now' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

PLEASE NOTE: the sizes quoted on our website are the sizes of the tapestry as they come off the loom. Once the tapestry is backed and hemmed, the overall size of the tapestry may be smaller. Please allow +/- 5% either way.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling


DESPATCH TO OFF-SHORE UK ADDRESSES AND NON-UK ADDRESSES will incur a postage and packaging fee. When ordering on-line, the fee will be calculated according to the weight and destination, and will be added to your order at the checkout before you submit your credit card details. There is opportunity at this stage to proceed or abort the transaction.

OFF-SHORE UK CUSTOMERS AND OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS ORDERING OFF-LINE: Please contact us for shipping rates prior to placing your order.

Depending on the value and size of order, UK deliveries are shipped by courier and International deliveries are handled by courier and then the relevant Overseas Postal Authority. All deliveries require a signature upon delivery.

Some countries prohibit the import of certain goods; it is your responsibility to check with the appropriate authorities to ensure the goods ordered are not prohibited.

Delivery Schedule

You will receive an automated e-mail response to confirm that your order has been accepted.

Orders received online or over the phone will be dealt with promptly. Items which are in stock are usually shipped within 2-4 working days and delivered within a week to UK addresses. However, because of the range of products, some items are manufactured to order and are shipped within 28 days. Please allow up to 5 additional days for export orders. If you are concerned about delivery times, please email us before ordering to check delivery times on a specific tapestry.

OVERSEAS DELIVERIES: delivery schedule subject to Customs clearance.

If you have a specific deadline to meet which does not fall within the time-scales above, please contact us and we will do our best to fulfil your requirements.

Shipment is subject to credit card authorisation/cheque clearance. In the event that authorisation is refused, we will contact you to supply another card or for you to arrange clearance. Our terms do not affect your statutory rights.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Some countries may charge an import tax which will be the responsibility of the addressee.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.


We guarantee your satisfaction. If you're not entirely satisfied with any item, simply return it to us undamaged, in the original packaging within 14 days for exchange or refund.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full item/product refund. Do this by contacting us by email and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
