From a design by Edward Burne-Jones originally woven in 1895 it is one of a series of six panels illustrating the story of the search for the holy grail. This panel represents the coat of arms of certain knights of the round table including Sirs Gawaine, Lancelot, Hector, Percival, Bors and Galahad. The original hangs in the Birmingham museum.

This tapestry has a rod pocket incorporated in the lining on the back for hanging.
