DESPATCH TO UK MAINLAND ADDRESSES - FREE DELIVERY
DESPATCH TO OFF-SHORE UK ADDRESSES AND NON-UK ADDRESSES will incur a postage and packaging fee. When ordering on-line, the fee will be calculated according to the weight and destination, and will be added to your order at the checkout before you submit your credit card details. There is opportunity at this stage to proceed or abort the transaction.

Depending on the value and size of order, UK deliveries are shipped by either courier or Royal Mail and International deliveries are handled by FedeEx or UK Royal Mail and then the relevant Overseas Postal Authority. All deliveries require a signature upon delivery.
Some countries prohibit the import of certain goods; it is your responsibility to check with the appropriate authorities to ensure the goods ordered are not prohibited.
You will receive an automated e-mail response to confirm that your order has been accepted.
Orders received over the internet, by phone, post, e-mail or fax will be dealt with promptly. Items which are in stock are usually shipped within 3 days and delivered within a week to UK addresses. However, because of the range of products, some items are manufactured to order and are shipped within 28 days. Please allow up to 5 additional days for export orders.
OVERSEAS DELIVERIES: delivery schedule subject to Customs clearance.
If you have a specific deadline to meet which does not fall within the time-scales above, please contact us and we will do our best to fulfil your requirements.
Shipment is subject to credit card authorisation/cheque clearance. In the event that authorisation is refused, we will contact you to supply another card or for you to arrange clearance. Our terms do not affect your statutory rights.
At Tapestries Direct we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchases - every time. Occasionally though, we appreciate that you may want to return items, so our Returns Policy is given below.
Our QUIBBLE-FREE RETURNS GUARANTEE means that if you are unhappy, for any reason, with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
You can always return items if they are faulty. Please see ‘Return instructions’ below for details of how to return faulty items.
When returning an item because of an error by us or because it is faulty, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in despatching the goods to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.
Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging. Complete the Exchanges/Return Form, which will either accompany your delivery or be sent under separate cover, remembering to state the appropriate return code. When returning a faulty item, please provide a full description of the fault. Package securely and send the package to the address below:

We regret we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods and, for your protection, suggest that adequate POSTAL INSURANCE COVER is obtained when returning anything.
